Returns & Refunds policy

At Mufakir Tutors Academy, we are committed to providing the best educational experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Tutor Service Fees

Once a tutor has been assigned to a student, the fee for the tutoring services becomes non-refundable. In cases where a student is dissatisfied with the tutor, we offer the option to request a tutor replacement. Refunds will not be granted after the tutoring service has begun unless specified under exceptional circumstances.

2. Refund Request Process

If you are not satisfied with the tutor provided and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@mufakirtutors.com within 7 days of the first tutoring session.

  • Provide your details, including the student’s name, tutor’s name, and the reason for the refund request.

3. Replacement Policy

If a tutor is not meeting the expectations, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. We encourage students and parents to discuss concerns with the tutor directly before requesting a replacement.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

In exceptional cases where services cannot be provided as agreed (e.g., tutor illness, unforeseen circumstances), we may offer a partial refund or reschedule the sessions. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Mufakir Tutors Academy.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any administration or registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Once tutoring sessions have begun, no refund will be given unless otherwise specified by the academy.
