3. Client Responsibilities

By registering and using the services, you agree to:

5. Payment and Fees

• For Clients: Fees for tutoring services will be agreed upon before sessions begin. Payments for services must be made as per the terms agreed.

• For Tutors: Mufakir Tutors Academy may charge a commission or fee on payments made by clients for tutoring services. This fee will be clearly outlined before a tutor begins providing services.

• All fees are subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated to the parties in advance.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• For Clients: You may cancel or reschedule tutoring sessions in accordance with the tutor’s cancellation policy. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

• For Tutors: You must provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Repeated cancellations or failure to attend sessions may result in the termination of your relationship with Mufakir Tutors Academy.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines the process for seeking a refund in case you are dissatisfied with the service provided.

9. Conduct and Behavior

• Both clients and tutors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior by either the client or tutor will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mufakir Tutors Academy makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of the tutoring services, but we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from tutoring sessions. We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage during tutoring sessions, whether online or in-person.

11. Termination of Services

Mufakir Tutors Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform or services for any user (client or tutor) who violates these Terms and Conditions. This includes non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or any other behavior that disrupts the integrity of the platform.
